Born and raised in Baltimore Maryland, and alumni of Morgan State University (KKY); Doug began his digital photography career taking photographs of his entertainment base of friends and family. For the past 35 years, he has served his country (veteran), community (volunteer), and family in varied first responder capacities. You could say that long before Doug learned to be a good photographer, he learned to be a good person. Along with the skills and talents of an all purposed photographer who specializes in head shots and portraits, he brings to “the table” the gift of connection. “Relationships are everything to me. Fostering good connections with the client, ensures an understanding of who they are and how they want to be captured.” With over 35 years in the entertainment field, and his works being published and used to get many actors, singers, dancers and musicians jobs, he has learned to see magnificence in his clients, presenting to them professional images to be shared with friends, family and other audiences forever.
Ex-military Intelligence veteran, Scuba Licensed and trainer to various art students, when Doug isn’t wearing his photographer’s hat he can be seen in various national commercials, TV One Cable shows, Bill Boards and plays across the United States. He enjoys photography and volunteers performances for senior citizens at many of the centers throughout Maryland.
